We come to your door
Your driver shows up in your time window. Leave the bag at the door, drop it with the concierge, or hand it off in person. You get a text when we arrive and another when we leave.
We sort, wash, and fold
Whites and colours separated. Right cycle for the fabric. Properly dried, neatly folded, hang-dry items hung. Most bags turn around in 24 hours.
Back at your door, ready to put away
Folded laundry comes back in a free reusable Tidii bag — yours to keep and reuse for next time. Pay by card, e-transfer, or cash. Whatever's easiest.

Honest about limits
What we don't do.
We do wash & fold. We do it well. Here's what we won't pretend to handle.
Anything labelled "dry clean"
If the tag says dry-clean only OR recommended, don't put it in your wash bag. Tell us in your notes and we'll route it to our partner cleaner instead.
Expensive items you didn't mention
We treat every bag with care, but if you don't flag something special (designer, vintage, sentimental), we wash it on the default cycle. Disclosure protects you.
Leather, suede, fur, wedding dresses
These belong with a specialist. We'll point you to one we trust instead of pretending we can handle it.
Items left in pockets
Empty pockets before bagging. Pens, lipstick, AirPods, cash — we're not responsible for damage caused by what stayed in.
Regular laundry, done properly.
Shirts, jeans, sheets, towels, socks, gym kit, the kids' pile. Sorted, washed on the right cycle, dried, folded. That's the whole job.

When we're at fault we cover reasonable replacement value. No fake-low caps, no depreciated-value games. Canadian clothing isn't cheap and we know it.
